How do I buy and who installs it?
You can contact your alarm company.
Will it work with the alarm panel I already have?
Yes, they’re designed to work with most major alarm panels and receiver systems.
What happens if my LTE signal or data runs out or Wi-Fi drops?
Our SIM cards do not have a data cap. If the signal or Wi-Fi drops, the device’s SIM — and second SIM if fitted — will take over to ensure the message is sent successfully.
Is the MiAlarm app free or am I charged extra for it?
The miAlarm app is free for up to 5 alarms. If you have more than 5 alarms, then you can upgrade.
Can my whole family use the MiAlarm app?
Yes. You can load as many people on as you need to, at no cost.
