Error Code 205
Meaning: Invalid Usercode
Solutions:
Verify the user code is correctCheck user code has appropriate permissionsTry master code if availableEnsure user code is enabled in panel
Error Code 204
Meaning: Unit unable to connect with app
Possible Causes:

Solutions:

Device Busy Error
Meaning: Unit is attempting to change mode
Solutions:
- Wait 30-60 seconds and retry
- If persistent, power cycle the GSM unit
- Check if another user is accessing the system
- Verify no other apps are connected
General Troubleshooting Steps
